Nicole is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Massage Therapist and a Certified Cancer Exercise Specialist. With over 25 years experience.

She is also a Breast Cancer Survivor. During her treatments of Chemo and Radiation, she worked out!

Nicole's cancer journey started in June 2016; and from the minute of her diagnose, she was more adamant about getting in her workout. Her first rounds of treatments started with chemo (every 2 weeks for six months). She was faithful in working out during those time. Tyler and crew had her flipping tires, doing hip thrusters with 135lbs. weights, and this was during chemo, bald head didn't stop her, she said it is what kept her alive and motivated to fight. Nicole worked out, everyday after radiation; her radiation was scheduled Monday-Friday at 7:45AM and at 8:30AM, you see her in group class with the other members, she called us her Framily (Friends/family).

Nicole was born in the Bahamas where she got her early Fitness Training in body building/weight lifting from some of that Countries most prestigious athletes, a former Aerobic Instructor, and Fitness Trainer/Massage Therapist with Four Seasons Hotel (Exuma and New York). She attended NPTI Houston, where she obtain her certification, and then went on to take the NASM certification which she also holds as well as a Kettle Bell and Suspension (TRX) certification.

Nicole is excited to assist others in reaching their fitness/lifestyle goals. Hence, her passion for wanting helping other cancer survivors and females (fifty plus) to live their best life!
