August 29 – UA Healthy Cookout. Following the FREE workout, join us for the first official Uncommon Healthy Cookout hosted at Emilie and Brice Thompson’s house. Healthy meal planning, preparation, and consuming will be covered in the nutritional party from Coach Angie. Please RSVP with the UA staff by August 22. Children are welcome.
Sept 5- Join UA for a FREE workout every Saturday starting at 8:30am followed by a different specialty clinic each week
Sept 7- UA will be Closed for Labor day…However, join us for the Big Dog 10K Classic. All proceeds will go to support Operation Wounded Warrior Support! Come run with us for a great cause, OWWS!

UA Teens after school program begins August 10. sessions are every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:00 p.m. For more information call the UA Fitness Facility.
