Uncommon Athlete Mobility Workshop

The Uncommon Athlete Mobility Workshop is designed to give people a solid grounding in the theory and
practice of foam rolling, self-myofascial release and efficient stretching.
In the Mobility Workshop you’ll learn: • How to identify tight areas in the body, and what to do about them. • How to stretch for maximum effect (and avoid the common mistakes everyone makes with this) • How to use a foam roll properly, and why use it • How to use a lacrosse ball, and why use it • How to incorporate exercise bands in your mobility programming.
